About Me

My photo
English major and a biochemistry major at CSU working our way through the world and onto degrees (hopefully). Though we seem to be almost complete opposites, we have a lot in common. We've got very similar, yet awkward and inappropriate senses of humor. We are food driven - it's our main reason for getting out of bed every morning, and if one more person smokes outside of our window, Katie will drop an anvil. Well, at least water balloons.

100 Best Artists Of All Time

VH1 made a list of 100 best artists ever. We think they went wrong in many places. Their list can be found here:
http://www.bloginity.com/blog/2010/09/11/vh1-100-greatest-artists-time-worst-list-time/

We deleted some, added some, and rearranged all. It’s not perfect, but it’s the best we could do in 3 hours. Enjoy! Feel free to complain in the comment box.

  4. The Beatles should be number one Molester Jackson don't belong in top 25. Get the rap and hip hop out ,it's not art but shit. You guys need to go back and learn what music is.

  6. Michael Jackson belongs in the #1 position. No matter what he did in his personal life, he did a lot for music. No one can deny that. Rap and hip hop belong on here. Even if you don't like it, it is still music and the people on here did a great deal for music as well. You can't tell me that NWA, Public Enemy, Tupac, and Notorious BIG weren't influential.

Now, considering the list you just threw out there contains one group I know, I'm not putting those on that list. Again, hip hop and rap belong on this list. Just because you don't like the genre doesn't mean it's not music. All that means is you're ignorant and can't recognize all types of music. Broaden your horizons.

  8. I agree with Brandon, Biggie is better than Tupac. And THANK YOU! I've always supported Michael Jackson as one if not the best artist of all time, even though I personally think he did it and was crazy. Fame does that. Look at Lady Gaga. Case in point.
